Many companies are asking themselves how they can make good use of artificial intelligence (AI). In our new workshop we give your staff concrete, applicable knowledge about Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, so that they can start benefiting from AI straight away.
The workshop provides practical insights and hands-on skills for working productively with Claude, tailored directly to the challenges and needs of your company.
It is customized and designed exclusively for your company, with examples typical of your industry. It is open to managers as well as staff from a range of operational departments, in particular administration, human resources, marketing, accounting, purchasing, sales, logistics, innovation, R&D, IT, customer service, quality management and production. The number of participants is not limited, so any number of people can take part.
Two lecturers run the session interactively, with plenty of exercises and case studies. Each participant needs their own PC or laptop.

Course content

  • Introduction to AI (what is AI? what is not AI?)
  • Areas of application for AI in companies and organisations
  • Introduction to generative AI (how it works, where it is used)
  • Practical exercises and case studies for working with Claude, focused on your industry
  • In-depth use of Claude's features in practice (for example Projects, Artifacts and Cowork for automating tasks)
  • A closer look at your company-specific processes and the development of possible solutions
  • Further practical exercises and case studies for using Claude in your industry

Structure and method:

  • The workshop is interactive, with exercises and case studies
  • Each participant needs their own laptop or PC
  • Two lecturers are present so that even a large group of 20 people can be looked after properly (individual feedback during the exercises)
