The controller processes your personal data (first name, last name, email), collected on the basis of concluded commercial and contractual relationships and/or enquiries about our services and products, for the following purpose: carrying out targeted advertising campaigns.

3. Legal basis for processing

The processing is lawful because it is necessary for lead generation and for the creation of targeted advertising campaigns.

4. Disclosure of data

The data is processed and transmitted in house by authorised persons using electronic systems or in paper form. The data is stored in internal digital and IT archives and in any case on Italian territory. Your data is not passed on to third parties.

5. Transfer to third countries

Personal data is not transferred to third countries.

6. Automated decision-making

The processing of your data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

7. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right at any time:

• to obtain information pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR about the data collected and the related information, and where applicable to have it corrected or updated or to request its erasure;
• to obtain the restriction of processing or to object to the processing;
• where possible, to receive the personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to assert all other rights granted by law (right to data portability);
• to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
